CTO · MÉXICO · AVAILABLE FOR ADVISING

I lead serious engineering teams that care about quality and culture.

Software quality, observability, practical process, and technical leadership. I now focus on AI-native systems, workflows, and products.

I never sometimes always read the code ;)

Leadership first, engineer always

I'm a CTO and software engineer in México. I came up through software engineering and observability, then grew into leading teams and building systems companies depend on.

Today I build AI-native systems and the companies around them. The work is product, engineering, and operating discipline: useful AI without losing rigor. I'm a polyglot programmer; Python is my language of choice, and I work in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Beyond the work, I founded and run Liberatio, an NGO that rescues stray dogs and cats.
